Edge. Online MIDI Sequencer User Guide Introduction ------------------- For successful work you will need Apple QuickTime, and one of the browsers, Firefox 3, Chrome or Safari. Opera will have some troubles in default configuration. You should go to "opera:config" page, then check out and set the following preferences: - opera:config#UserPrefs|AllowScriptToReceiveRightClicks : true - opera:config#UserPrefs|AllowContextMenus : false Sound card and headphones must be configured, connected and bring signs of life. And do not forget about the Internet. Our Sequencer is a web application. Getting Started ----------------- Put the cursor into an area of grid and click the right mouse button. A brick called Note will appear in the Grid. Hover your mouse on it, the cursor will change to "drag". At this point, press the left mouse button and drag a note, it will change its position. To release the button, note remains in the new position and is aligned on a grid in accordance with the Grid Snap ( "bind to the grid), which is set to the right column settings. To go back to drag the notes you need to click on a Note again with the right mouse button. To delete a note, you need to select a Note's drag mode, the cursor is a cross. Drag a Note out of the Grid, and it will disappear. Changing the duration of all the Notes also depends on the value of the "Grid Snap". When you switch tracks in the list of "Track", notes of the previous track fade, then the Notes of the selected track display, if they exist. You can edit can both. After that you choose some other track, the notes will hide (but not be removed), and those that were active will fade to gray. The Notes of choosen track will show if they are there. All the Notes are not removed if you do not remove them, they are hiding and showing. Do not make any sense to show all the tracks in the grid. Simultaneous editing is usually a 2 tracks. Saving and loading projects -------------------------------- Open the tab "In-Out".
